With over 3 million users and more than 700 million messages sent, HootSuite has taken the social networking world by storm. If you haven't yet heard of it, you will.

HootSuite Media Inc. has developed an attractive solution, in the form of a dashboard tool, to the problem of how to manage multiple social media networks. Lucky for us, this rising star of the social media space is based right here in Vancouver.

Ben Watson is the VP, Marketing of HootSuite where he is focused on marketing technology and the agile delivery of a platform for customer success. We're delighted to welcome Ben to CPRS Vancouver's year-end celebration and Annual General Meeting, where he will share his knowledge of PR, HootSuite and social media.

Without a doubt, social networking will be the hot topic of our final event of the 2011-12 programming season.
